All of our bears are handmade and each requires the same amount of time and care to make. We do not offer discounts on multiple-item purchases.

Our Birth Bears and Bereavement Bears are designed as keepsakes, not toys. They are intended for sentimental value and not suitable for play.

Our Buddie Bears are crafted to be cuddled and gently played with to invoke feelings of calm and happiness.

All Cuddle for Keeps bears can be spot cleaned with a damp cloth. Do not put your bear in the washing machine.

Yes. Simply write "no weight" in the weight option and your bear will arrive as a stuffed bear without the added weight.

We ship within Canada and the United States. Due to the weight of our bears, shipping fees can sometimes be quite high for international orders. That said, we would be happy to quote international shipping costs. Send an email to: info@cuddleforkeeps.com for more information.

We take great care in handcrafting each bear with precision and attention to detail. Due to the personalized and unique nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds.

If there is something incorrect about your bear (ie. weight or embroidery) we will certainly fix that.

And, the organizations we support are near and dear to our hearts - they are advancing, and advocating for, neonatal, maternal and mental health care. Our very own Cuddle for Keeps founder has either been on a personal journey with some of these organizations or admires their dedication to care and wishes to give back.

A portion of all sales is donated to the Special Pregnancy Program at Mt. Sinai Hospital which works in partnership with the Ontario Fetal Centre. We also donate to PAIL Network, which offers support for families experiencing a loss, as well as the Child, Youth and Family Program at CAMH.

We hope that our contribution helps build stronger communities and promotes the well-being of individuals and families.

All our fabrics come from Canadian suppliers from as far as British Columbia to right here in Ontario. Our suppliers explore the best fabric options from Europe and Asia and all fabrics are OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 Certified.

All bears are stuffed with premium hypoallergenic fill.
